We go back to biblical principles on physical health, nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep, cleansing, Soul wellness (mind, will and emotions) and spiritual health (your relationship with the Father).As a former New Age practitioner, Tracey will analyze and compare new age practices NOT in the Bible. Additionally, she will connect the biological pathway of DIS-ease in the body; how the enemy's target on your life literally takes YOUR active participation and how to live according to biblical principles, to use the word as your weapon against the attacks. We will discuss everything from nutrition, supplementation, disease, genetic mutations, fitness, detox and cleansing to modalities given to us by God and those not of God, Controversial topics will be discussed, break open conspiracy theories and get back to Christ centered biblical health. This is not mysticism or the idea of supernatural healing. God can do anything but we first must learn what HE said about our health according to scripture. Born to Birth - From Hospital to Free Birth - Giving women a voice and choice with Caroline Golmic, CHHP
Today we discuss a topic MANY women will deal with at some point in their life...
Pregnancy and Birth!
Maybe this seems ‘off topic for Tracey’ but if you know me, then you understand that I go to the root of what GOD said our bodies are capable of!
And making humans and pushing them out is one of them that only women can do!
Pregnancy and birth are to be such a wonderful experience but somehow, women have been robbed and made to FEAR their bodies and experience. Their choices are taken away from the beginning and they are ushered into a care model that may not meet their desires.
For other women, they had a plan and at the end, something happened. A critical moment! At least that is what they are told for things that are "stressing the baby" or stressing the mom, which actually may have been normal.
This leaves women with a poor experience or even a traumatic one!
My personal story. Both my deliveries were not as I wanted or planned because as a new mom…there was no one to teach me that...
BIRTHING A CHILD IS NOT A MEDICAL CONDITION!
I feel like something was stolen from me.
Looking back…I would have chosen differently…
Anyone else feel like this?
Today, we discuss the real and raw. In no way are we saying one way is better than the other, from hospital birth to free birth. But we are going to discuss how a woman's body IS Born to Birth! And when you know better, you choose better! You may also want to help an expecting mama with some choices. So, feel free to share.
I can’t wait to share this very special story with you today…with my special guest Caroline Golmic! Caroline is a Certified Holistic Health Professional and had a thriving practice until God called her to be a full time mother, move her family to another state and somehow opened this incredible door into a story of strength, purpose and healing wounds for women through her own experience.
Today, we have a raw and real conversation about the current model of prenatal care to what God called Caroline to do! Her story healed so many parts of me and allowed me to be part of something, I feel, I had missed. I hope this heals a part of you as well.
