Ozempic done right! Supporting your journey - the right and wrong things to do!

Ozempic done right! Is that possible?

Today, I will be discussing supporting your health journey; the right and wrong things to do on Ozempic.

If you caught the last podcast, then you understand that while I personally don't use Rx GLP1 agonists such as semaglutide, I have changed my tune on them a bit.

I LOVE ALL PEPTIDES! BUT I DON'T LIKE ABUSE OF THEM!

With that said, this medication is here to stay and within the next year it is predicted that 30% of the population will be on it.

Get the support you need on your journey with Ozempic HERE this is a form to get you connected to us for assisting you the RIGHT way on this path!

As I stated in the last podcast, the misuse of the medication and overdosing are causing the issues.

Along with extremely caloric restrictive diets, not enough protein and nutrients, not enough strength training or complementary supplementation.

And people are not being guided on these things!

And eventually, you will need an exit strategy from this medication. If you do not learn how you got into your state of unhealthy, once off the medication, you will not know how to STAY healthy!

Today I'm going to breakdown what are these medications known at GLP-1 Agonists?
What does this medication do?
What other types of GLP1 agonists are there?
What is wrong with the current dosage and protocol?
What should you be doing and asking on your Ozempic Journey?
How can we as Health care professionals support this community?
Are there alternative GLP1 supplements?
